Raspberry, Oat & Banana Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 200g rolled oats 
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 large, or 2 small overripe bananas, mashed
  • 150g pot Lindahls Kvarg PRO Strawberry and Lime Pie
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 100g raspberries
  • 60g melted white chocolate, for drizzling (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Lightly oil a 12-hole muffin tray.
  3. Add all the ingredients, except the raspberries, to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Using a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients so they are fully combined.
  5. Finally, stir in the raspberries, allowing them to break up a little, but do not overmix.
  6. Divide the mixture between the muffin tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, before carefully transferring to a cooling rack.
  8. Once cool, drizzle with the melted chocolate.
