Raspberry, Oat & Banana Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 200g rolled oats
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 large, or 2 small overripe bananas, mashed
- 150g pot Lindahls Kvarg PRO Strawberry and Lime Pie
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 100g raspberries
- 60g melted white chocolate, for drizzling (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Lightly oil a 12-hole muffin tray.
- Add all the ingredients, except the raspberries, to a large mixing bowl.
- Using a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients so they are fully combined.
- Finally, stir in the raspberries, allowing them to break up a little, but do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture between the muffin tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, before carefully transferring to a cooling rack.
- Once cool, drizzle with the melted chocolate.
