Raspberry, Oat & Banana Protein Bites

Ingredients
200g rolled oats
½ tsp salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
100g caster sugar
1 large, or 2 small overripe bananas, mashed
150g pot Lindahls Kvarg PRO Strawberry and Lime Pie
2 tablespoons nut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
100g raspberries
60g melted white chocolate, for drizzling (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Lightly oil a 12-hole muffin tray.
Add all the ingredients, except the raspberries, to a large mixing bowl.
Using a wooden spoon mix all the ingredients so they are fully combined.
Finally, stir in the raspberries, allowing them to break up a little, but do not overmix.
Divide the mixture between the muffin tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, before carefully transferring to a cooling rack.
Once cool, drizzle with the melted chocolate.
